REPLACEMENT SAFETY TABS AND INSTRUCTIONS, ALONG WITH THE NOTIFICATION LETTER, WILL BE SENT TO OWNERS. PROPER OPERATION SHOULD BE VERIFIED AFTER SAFETY TABS ARE REPLACED. OWNERS WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR ONE HOUR OF LABOR. |
